Each serving combines Austrian 'Haschberg' black elderberry extract with plant-based vitamin C from acerola cherries and zinc — and **vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system.**
It's sugar free, 100% vegan, and made with a natural strawberry flavour and no artificial colours or flavours, so it's an easy one to give to children and enjoy yourself. The smooth liquid can be taken straight from the spoon, or mixed into food or a drink — with a measuring spoon included for accurate 2.5ml, 5ml and 10ml doses.

Recommended daily amount:
- Adults and children 12+ years: 10ml daily
- Children 3 to 12 years: 5ml daily
