EU Shipments Using IOSS
- For our customers within the EU, we leverage the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) for orders valued at up to €150. This system allows us to collect VAT at the point of sale and remit it directly to the relevant tax authorities, ensuring that there are no additional VAT charges or handling fees for you upon delivery.
- Goods shipped under the IOSS benefit from expedited customs clearance, potentially reducing the waiting time for your order.
- Your shipping confirmation will include details of the VAT collected and our IOSS registration number.
- Please note that orders over €150 are not eligible for IOSS and may incur VAT and customs duties upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
UK Shipments
- Following Brexit, shipments to the UK are considered international and subject to customs and import VAT.
- VAT is collected at the point of sale for orders below £135, and all applicable taxes are included in the final price at checkout. This process ensures a smooth delivery with no additional charges upon the item's arrival.
- Orders over £135 might be subject to import VAT and customs duties when entering the UK, with these charges being the recipient's responsibility. Such orders will be processed through standard customs procedures.
Tracking Your Order
- After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. This number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment via our website or the courier's tracking service.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
