Monthly Review Prize Draw — Terms & Conditions
By entering this prize draw you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Promoter: The promoter is Apokra Ltd, 8 Winmarleigh Street, Warrington WA1 1JW, United Kingdom. VAT number: GB361007830.
2. Promotion Period: This promotion runs on a rolling monthly basis. Each monthly draw period opens on the 1st of the month and closes at 23:59 (GMT/BST) on the last day of that month. A new draw begins on the 1st of the following month.
3. How to Enter: To enter the monthly prize draw, participants must leave a product review on the APOKRA website via our reviews platform (Fera or click here: https://fera.review/apokra). Only reviews submitted during the relevant monthly draw period will be entered into that month's draw. Reviews must be a genuine reflection of the participant's experience with an APOKRA product.
4. Disclosure Requirement: As part of entering this promotion, participants agree to include a brief disclosure in their review stating that they entered a prize draw in connection with leaving their review. An example of an acceptable disclosure is: "I submitted this review as part of the APOKRA monthly review prize draw." Reviews submitted without a disclosure may still be accepted at APOKRA's discretion, but APOKRA reserves the right to add a disclosure note to any review left as part of this promotion.
5. Eligibility: The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees of APOKRA and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person per month will be accepted. Multiple reviews submitted in the same month by the same person will count as a single entry.
6. The Prize: One winner will be selected each month. The prize consists of 3 APOKRA products (Kids Vegan Multivitamin Gummies, Vegan Omega 3 DHA Drops, and Vegan Vitamin C Drops — or equivalent products of equal or greater value at APOKRA's discretion if specific products are out of stock). The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.
7. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the monthly draw period. The draw will take place within 5 working days of the close of each monthly period.
8. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email to the address associated with their review/account. Winners must respond and claim their prize within 30 days of notification. If a winner does not respond within 30 days, APOKRA reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.
9. Winner Announcement: The winner's first name and initial may be announced on APOKRA's website, email and/or social media channels. By entering, participants consent to this announcement.
10. Data & Privacy: Personal information provided as part of this promotion will be used solely to administer the draw and deliver the prize. APOKRA will handle all data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required to fulfil the prize (e.g. delivery).
11. General: APOKRA reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time with reasonable notice. No purchase is necessary to enter. APOKRA accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues. This promotion is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
